Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD suspending all foreclosures and evictions
Suspension to be in effect until at least April 30
On March 18, mortgage lenders Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD, which provides FHA-insured loans, annouced that they were suspending all foreclosures and evictions for homeowners who have mortgage loans through them. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are suspending until April 30; HUD for 60 days.

- Refer to “Before Mailing” section on Page 2, which details all of the additional information and documents that are required and must be sent to us.
