From management trainee to executive director of New Mexico’s affordable housing agency
Soleras Station Opens
Soleras Station, a new 87-unit apartment community on Rail Runner Road in Santa Fe, officially opened this week. The project was developed by The Housing Trust and Pulte Homes and will provide affordable housing for very low- and low-income families. MFA provided almost $10.6 million in tax credit and other funding. Cutting the ribbon is Santa Fe Mayor Alan Webber and Santa Fe City Councilor JoAnne Vigil Coppler. Standing behind them is Jay Czar, MFA executive director.
