Mortgage Holder Fee Schedule
- Property taxes are paid on a semi-annual basis.
- Autodraft allows monthly deduction from your
checking or savings account for your mortgage payment. Draft dates
available - 1st, 5th, 10th and 15th of the month.
- MFA offers SpeedPay – call our office
for more details. SpeedPays taken after 2 PM are posted for the
following business day.
- MFA accepts personal checks, cashier’s
checks and money orders. We cannot accept cash
in our office for your payment. No exceptions.
- Your payment is due in our office on or before
the 1st day of each month. You must allow 5-7 business days when
mailing your payment.
- Payments received after 2 PM
are posted for the following business day.
- Western Union Quick Collect service available
