A Helping Hand
An unexpected illness or an extended family crisis can have a devastating financial impact. There may be times when you wonder if there will even be enough money to pay the rent or buy groceries.
If you find yourself in need of emergency assistance, some of MFA's partners may be able to help. There are agencies that offer shelter from domestic violence, others that provide a bed for the night and still others that serve a warm meal every day. Choose from the options to the left to find a service provider in your area. Contact them directly — they are there to help.
Specialized and Transitional Housing
If you are an individual with a physical disability or mental health issue, MFA partners can help you find a supportive place to live. Or, if you are looking for temporary housing to get you through a transitional time in your life, there are organizations that can help with that, too. Click on the specialized or transitional housing options on the menu bar to find someone in your area who can help.
