Emergency Homeless Assistance: Shelters
The Emergency Homeless Assistance Program: ESG State funding provides assistance to units of local government or nonprofit organizations to improve the quality of existing emergency shelters and to help meet the costs of operating emergency shelters. Organizations may apply for EHA: ESG & State funding through a competitive RFP process.
